The club had the chance to have a stall and a BBQ last Sunday at the Marion Swimming Centre. A big thanks to Rhi and Di for their fabulous support at this great event. It was a glorious day and more than 700 punters came through the turnstiles to enjoy the free entertainments and demonstrations. There was a jumping castle, reptile petting zoo, clowns, face painting, free raffles and many stalls from local clubs to keep us all entertained.Hans (Development Squad) swum in the demonstrations with some of the senior Marion swimmers. And the Henley water polo club played a demonstration game. We also had the chance to observe the German life saving team go through their moves.
Another big thank you to John and the team at the Centre for putting on such a great event and letting us come and play.
